BG parking. 3.0

Simple and user-friendly parking payment application via SMS messages in the city of Belgrade. It allows you to pay for parking in Zone A, Zone 1 (red), Zone 2 (yellow), Zone 3 (green), Zone 4 (general parking outside the zoned area), "Vidin Kapija" SMS parking, and "Sava Promenada" SMS parking. Each zone displays pricing and time restrictions. In addition to paying for parking, you can also see the number of currently available parking spaces in 8 public garages and 17 parking lots. For each garage and parking lot, you can view the location on the map, pricing, and additional capacity information. There is also a street listing for each zone. You can find out if a daily parking ticket has been issued, as well as which of the three available parking lots your car has been towed to.

If allowed, the application uses GPS location on your phone to determine your zone. It displays a detailed map of all zones in Belgrade. You can save more than one license plate number with a accompanying description.

Since GPS location on phones is not always accurate, the application provides a warning when the user is near a zone or on the border of two or more zones. In such cases, it is best to check your position on the map to determine which zone you are in, disregarding the indicated current location. To do this accurately, it is recommended to use satellite view.

In addition to location warnings, the application verifies the working hours of the parking service and informs the user that sending an SMS message is not necessary (if working hours have ended) or that there is less than an hour left until closing time. Furthermore, if an SMS message is attempted to be sent to a number that does not belong to the user's zone, another warning will appear.

Of course, all warnings can be ignored and an SMS message can be sent to the selected number and license plate.

• Verification of the existence of a daily parking ticket
• Verification of where the tow truck has taken a vehicle

The application supports dark and light themes. On phones whose operating system supports themes, the application automatically adapts to the phone's theme. On other devices, in the application settings section, it is possible to manually select the desired theme.

NOTE: The application does not use GPS location for any other purposes. Locations and movements are not recorded or sent to anyone. SMS messages are not sent automatically to avoid unwanted sending for the wrong zone or outside parking service working hours.
